Meridian East supports people who want to work but who for one reason or another face disadvantage in the employment market.  This can be because of low confidence, low self esteem, a health or disability issue or any one of a number of other factors.  

Our customers include people who are-

• considering their work options
• preparing for work
• returning to work
• improving their work-related skills
• actively applying for employment
• seeking to make adjustments to existing employment due to health or disability issues 
• we also help to sustain people in jobs where their employment is at risk unless appropriate supportive actions are taken 

Working with many statutory and non statutory funders and partners we are active across Norfolk and Suffolk .  Our Training and Employment Consultants, Employment Activity Workers, Work and Learning Coaches, Early Intervention Consultants, Trainers and other staff are all experts in their fields. 

We also provide specialist advice to employers on employing people with health and disability issues and are active in the field of Social Enterprise with our new and exciting collaborative venture Charlies Juice Bar recently starting up in Norwich city centre.
